Check that the zero return switch of the tool magazine and the cable of the tool magazine motor are normal, the zero return is normal after restarting, and the tool change is normal under MDI mode. It is estimated that the zero point offset of the magazine is caused by the difficulty of inserting and inserting knives; Remove all the tools of the magazine, manually swing the spindle to the second reference point of the Y axis, and use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the tool claw of the magazine and the spindle drive key to confirm the offset; Push the broach magazine by hand, and do not use the gap to make it return to the right; Adjust the parameter 7508 until the tool magazine has adjusted and calibrated the angle value for many times, and then it can be adjusted to the specified value. The gap between the tool claw and the spindle drive key is basically equal. The tool change is normal after startup

Analysis and treatment process: observe that there is no offset and dislocation in the tool magazine, so it is suspected that there is a problem with the spindle orientation, and the spindle orientation will affect the tool change of flexible packaging enterprises. Suck the magnetic meter on the workbench, press the dial indicator head on the upper plane of the main shaft swing, hanging swing, feeding, positioning and impact, which are electrical and mechanical control transmission keys, and use the hand pulse generator to move the X axis to see whether the two keys are equal in height. Adjust the parameter 6531 to level the two keys; Change the knife again and eliminate the fault

example 5 Maintenance of the failure that the tool cannot be pulled out when changing the tool

Analysis and treatment process: the possible reasons why the gripper cannot pull out the tool in the spindle are: ① the tool magazine cannot extend; ② The spindle knife loosening hydraulic cylinder does not act; ③ The knife releasing mechanism is stuck. Reset and eliminate the alarm: if it cannot be eliminated, power off and power on again. Use the manual pulse generator to roll down the spindle, and use the manual tool change to change the spindle tool. The tool cannot be pulled out, so it is suspected that there is a problem with the hydraulic cylinder for loosening the tool. Observing at the rear of the main shaft, it was found that when loosening the knife, the loosening cylinder did not act, and the oil level indication of the gas-liquid conversion cylinder was free of oil. It was found that its oil supply pipe fell off after inspection., Reinstall the oil supply pipe. After refueling, open the vent plug of the hydraulic cylinder to vent twice, and loosen the knife to return to normal

case 6 Fault maintenance of stuck tool change

When the spindle moves down from the tool change position after tool change, the machine tool displays 1001 spindle alarm 408 servo alarm (serialerr) alarm. Analysis and treatment process: according to the on-site observation, the spindle is in a non directional state, so it can be concluded that the orientation is offset and stuck during the tool change process; According to the analysis of the alarm number, it shows that the spindle tried to return to the directional position, but the alarm shut down due to jamming. Manually operate the solenoid valve to loosen the spindle tool, extend the tool magazine, manually remove the tool on the tool claw, and then manually clamp the spindle, and the tool magazine returns; Start the machine and the alarm is eliminated. In order to find out the reason, check the relative position between the tool magazine claw and the spindle. It is found that the tool magazine claw is biased to the left. When the spindle moves down after changing the tool, the right finger of the claw scrapes the handle, causing the spindle to rotate clockwise and deviate from the orientation. The default orientation of the spindle is M19. The direction of directional rotation is the same as the deviation direction. This deviation is larger, so many deviations cause jamming; When the spindle moves up, the right finger of the gripper scrapes and reverses the handle, while the positive rotation of M19 orientation just eliminates it. This problem does not exist. Adjust the zero return position parameter 7508 of the tool magazine to align the tool claw with the spindle, and the fault is eliminated
