It is not a business fashion associated with specific methods and strategies, but a flexible system that can improve business leadership and performance. however, facing 6 σ Management and ISO9000 family, which one to choose, seems to have become a puzzle for some enterprise leaders. In fact, 6 σ Management and ISO9000 family management are not contradictory. This paper intends to explain this problem from the following perspectives
